Step by Step
How the Process Works
Medical Evaluation
Submit your required medical history, medical records, and test results for review by the NeuralCIM clinical team.
Candidate Approval
The submitted information is reviewed to determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for NeuralCIM treatment.
Teleconsultation Payment
Once approved, you will receive a payment link for the one-time USD $45 teleconsultation fee.
Teleconsultation
Complete the teleconsultation with the medical team to finalise your treatment protocol and next steps.
Medication Payment & Delivery
Following the consultation, you may either:
- Travel to Cuba and complete the necessary payment arrangements there; or
- If airport delivery to the USA is requested and available, complete the payment process online and arrange delivery to the designated airport.
Not Included in Treatment Price
The treatment prices cover only the NeuralCIM medication and the one-time teleconsultation fee. The following are not included:
- Cuban visa or travel documentation
- Flights
- Accommodation
- Ground transportation
- Airport-related expenses
- Delivery or transportation of the medication
Logistics & Delivery Costs
Any applicable logistics, delivery, or transportation costs will be calculated separately and presented to you on a separate invoice before those services are arranged. You will never be surprised by an unexpected charge.

The current medication price is USD $120 per vial. Treatment costs may be subject to change if the medication price changes. You will be informed of any applicable price changes before payment is required.
